Yes, always. The chickens are walking around wondering "Why am I so massive?"
The farmer would also serve you up a spinal column in a bap, or should that be a baguette?

If you mean 20 chickens who are a foot high, then quite probably, yes. As to swans, most farmers don't keep swans, but you could perhaps ask the queen if there's a royal edict concerning feeding big macs to her birds.

Anyone, including farmers, can have a chicken 20 feet high if they have a hen coop on a 20 foot high shelf - in a large coop (on a 20 foot high shelf) there could be lotsa 20 foot high chickens! Some may be "high" on something completely different.

have you thought of something else, imagine the size of the beak on a 20 foot high chicken, and if a rooster what about the spurs, That size would easily make big hole and eat people as if we where garden slugs. Chickens eat meat and each other if given the chance.

Yeah, the farmer next to us has HUGE chickens (or so his wife tells us). You want to hear them clucking - it's deafening.
But you can't blame them for the swans. They belong to the queen, and it's her that takes them to Burger King. The RSPCA tried to stop her, but she told them to feck off.
(Like the sovvy ring - it's real classy.)

You never get the eggs because the fall tends to smash them. That's why they are dying out!
