Yeah, everything except the important things like SAFETY! Check out their last emergency landing. What a joke. The cabin crew was utterly useless.

actually your question is not clear. Think you're trying to ask what makes Singapore airline more attractive that other carriers?
I would say the seats are more comfortable, they have direct flights to many big cities all around the world making it easier for customers. Its the only airline that have direct flights from Singapore to Los Angles, CA and Newark, NJ.
Their onboard entertainment is fantastic.
Besides, they hold high regards on their service level and provide good airport services making each customer feels important.
