She was coughing all night.,threw up 1.Is there a medicine for her to get rid of them faste,to dissolve them?Also is it better I don't feed her,since I'm afraid she'll want to throw up and the food will also want to go through thus preventing her from breathing?

If the bones are still in the stomach, you can make her throw them up. Peroxide will cause the dog to throw up and expell them. If the bones have made it to the intestines, then watch for a blockage which will require surgery.
Here's a site which shows how much Peroxide to use by weight. I've used this under direction of a vet when one of my rescues ate all of his bandages.

Call the emergency vet. Or if the dog isn't that bad- call yr vet Monday.
