want to get a visa once i get it how do i make accomodation and employment arrangements before going

australia has the same employment agencies as in england, i.e. reed, hays etc. their website should have links to oversea's vacancies.
if your are granted a work visa (assuming you r under the age of 30), your probably better off waiting until you get there, it's pretty easy to get a job whilst out there, they have special agencies for travellers, just go into town or any bar and you'll find a flyer for them.
remember you can only stay in a position for 3 months at the most, you cannot do bar work without an rsa certificate, and you must open an australian bank account...

as for accomodation, most hostels have web sites, and you can book before arrival, most will collect you from the airport as well. if ya after something more permanent, there are agencies for house share and rentals to travellers.

basically, australia is amazingly set up to help the traveller in every way, so dont worry too much about it....
