First of all you should ask this question in computer related place.
Some times on youtube links are broken or may be the item you wanted to watch is not properly loaded you better refresh your browser then click play button.
And you can also watch other thing and see if that run fully that will tell you that the item which you can not watch fully has some problems.

i am an anime fan so i can relate to.if it is 3.15 and dosent play it could be that ur connection is to slow so u have to wait more than a minute or that the video is messed up.hope u can see the video -_^

Maybe you dont have the right intenet Connection. You need at least DSL to watch movies. It also could be you dont have the certain program to run films on YouTube.

Is it fully loading? I'd check to see if it fully buffered first... Hit the stop button so it doesnt continue to play until you see that it is 100% loaded & ready for your viewing.

Sine it was bought by Google, you now must go to the Google site on get it from there and redownload it in their Google package.
