First guess would be the Baiyoke. You know the Baiyoke Sky Tower, the tallest building in Bangkok? The first 3 or 4 floors are all wholesale clothing.

Second choice would be to check with a Tee-Shirt vendor in the back alleys of Khao San Road and they can probably hook you up. Need to speak thai or take someone with you that can speak thai.

The export center has some from time to time, but what is for sale there today may be gone tomorrow,

The biggest wholesale market is Pratunam market. It is opposite the Pratunam centre which also holds many stalls for clothes and just about anything else.

You can barter the prices down a lot for the original price they quote you. Take a drink with you, it can get rather warm inside the market.
