Because they are idiots. And they think that the bible says that the Israelites are the chosen people. But the bible also says that Allah took that covenant away due to the way they were.

My understanding is the second coming and Armeggedon cannot occur until all the Jews return to Israel. That is what American Christians are praying for and so supporting the return of Jews from around teh world to Israel.
I am surprised by people saying Arabs hate Christians, I have many Arab Israeli friends who are Christian and working in Israeli companies side by side with Jews. What's more many Jews in Israel are from Yemeni descent, Yemen is south of Saudi Arabia.
Saying Palestine was British territory is an overstatement, Palestine which is today's Israel and Jordan was under Britain's Mandate or protection, The British had, in the Hussein-McMahon Correspondence, previously promised the Hashemite family lordship over most land in the region in return for their support in the Great Arab Revolt during World War I.

Why don't Arabs let Israel have their land and leave them alone. They don't want that land, they just want to pick a fight. 150 years ago Arabs could have walked in and taken that land because nobody wanted it. They didn't want it until the 1900's when the Zionists came in and cultivated the land and made it prosperous and then all of a sudden the Arabs want it. Read your history. You have no claim to that land at all.

There are a half a billion Arab citizens angrily surrounding five million Jews, who are the aboriginal inhabitants of a tiny sliver of land pressed up against the Mediterranean. They have never tolerated this small and different group - not during the Balfour declaration, not during the early life of Israel within the 1948 boundaries, and not any time since.
And we're supposed to accept that the poor put-upon half-billion are so oppressed that we just have to let them "drive the Jews into the sea" (as Osama likes to put it?)
I think we can decide for ourselves which is David, and which is Goliath.

There is no "Zionist oppression of Arabs". It's Arabs who can't deal with Jews having a teeny tiny sliver of land amidst the massive spread of land that is the middle east (which the arabs occupy freely and the Jews want no part of). Have the jews decided that they want saudi arabia and Kuwait? No. They want the land that they have lived on for the last 1000 years... and the land that THEY cultivated in the last 50-100. This land was BRITISH land anyway before the holocaust (read your history books!)
Arabs seem to hate Jews AND Christians... Most of the holy sites in Israel are holy to Jews and Christians. The place of Jesus' burial and resurection was right in the middle of old Jerusalem. Most Christians aren't in favor of giving up that spot to arabs. You call that "zionist oppression" - I call it - "I ain't giving you my land". Also, I think christians can appreciate that the majority of Israel is full of significant Jewish landmarks (Mount massada - where they hid from the romans, tombs of many famous jews in history, the wailing wall - the temple the romans destroyed) and has 1 significant arab structure - the dome of the rock (which Arabs have a right to go to as well - that's why they need to figure out PEACEFUL COEXISTANCE and not this insane hatred). Anyway, Christians support Jews here because they also have holy ground in the area and can appreciate the idea that Jews have a right to their teeny - tiny homeland when arabs have billions of miles of land to their own.
Also, christians want democracy and peace in the middle east - which the Jews are capable of running (Israel is the only democracy) and Arabs are not (look at Iraq)

Personally,I don't care for either side. They can slug it out all they want, because both sides are right, and both sides are wrong.Palestinians were there before 1947,so basically they look at Israel as their land that was taken.Israel is seen as a national homeland for Jews from all over the world, and was the traditional homeland before the country disappeared.
How do you pick a side there? They're both right. And I don't appreciate being called an idiot Hijabi....I've respect for Arab/Muslim culture. You can have some for mine.I know we're western devils and all,but you can show some respect.

Muslims seem to be handing out the thumb down on people who tell the truth such as RQ and other posts.
How long are you guys gone to lie to yourselves and let hatred of the Jews cloud your judgement? Read RQ and Oldguy posts...
By the way why shouldn't we support them. I mean they where there first, you know the Dome of the Rock? Sure you do all muslims know of it. Whats under it? I believe it is Solomon's temple that was built for God by the Jews. There are other Archeology Proofs on how the Jews where there first. Also have you ever thought about how God's promise to the hebrew people concerning them coming back to their land(Isreal) came ture?

They are not "American Christians", let's just talk about Americans because it's not Christian's fault.
America supports terrorism in Palestine because it is part of its policy, that the Arab area should remain as it is, no unity.
They think the Arabs want to invade the world, that's why.

Because they see what the Arabs do and how violent they are. I would personally rather let Israel fight with them so we don't have too.
