Any remedies for itchy ears? ive tried ear drops etc. Now the only thing that gives me relief is the use of cotton buds - but now i hardlyhave any wax in my ear and that affects my sinuses and makesme sneeze and snifle all the time

Try swabbin\g your ears with a cotton swab that has a little mineral oil on it. God bless!

I am guessing you mean that the ear canal itself is very itchy. Have you been to an ENT? It could be as simple as the ear canals being too dry or an outer ear infection. Sometimes a drop or two of lukewarm olive oil will help if the canals are just needing lubrication but you should check with the Dr. first.

i only know that if someone is talking about you, you have itchy ears...left for love, right for spite. the itchy tongue and head ache could be the start of a cold. i know that that was no use but at least i can now wish you get better.

Using cotton swabs on your ears does not actually clean out your ears, but pushes the wax deeper into your ears. An Ear, Nose & Throat doctor can do a thorough cleaning of your ears and take care of the problem.

You sound like me...you sound like you have allergic rhinitis..and it affects my ears horribly, ringing, etc...I get a very gentle cortizone cream from my doctor, and take antihistimines, but very mild ones, and that seems to help...be careful with those qtips also...I have done the same thing...

maybe an allergic reaction to cotton when you sleep on your pillow!
