Me well i'm a pushover sometimes.....well okay maybe most of the time.I tend to bottle up my feelings until i explode,and believe me noone at my school wants to be near me when that happens ever since friday!!! I kept all my anger up inside until i couldn't take it anymore.I was in the gym,my friend wanted to sit next to her friend,so i followed her {she ussualy does that,hang out with her friends while i follow her around so she's not lonely} well anyway... these girls behind us on the bleechers were teasin someone else then i just sneezed a few times,then the girl behind me said at least he doesn't sneeze and i stared at her,i didn't want to make a commotion so i kindly asked my friend if we could move and i explained why and she said "NO i don't wanna move!" then i kept asking her and she still replied the same answer and i finally said "NO i want to move now!" and she said "Y" then i said u know why...... then i lashed out at the girl cussing her out.infront of the whole school!

first you need to raealize that everyone in high school is a jerk. evern if they're your friend. As far as dealing with your anger i have a few suggestions: 1. Yoga 2.Martial arts (kicking someone's but ia always fun) 3. Videogames (killing things is only fun when it's legal) 4. sports (for the love of god not cheerleading, thats only gonna make it worse). good luck

Honey, the answer is simple. Some people are just a.s.s.holes, and some people you consider friends, are not true friends. Find nicer, more considerate people to hang with, and ignore the rest. School will be over someday, and it DOES get better, baby girl. Keep the faith.

This is a secret that works for me, when you lye down in bed tonight, close your eyes and relax and picture in your head all of your problems, be them people or issues, each one being tied to you with a rope and then picture each each rope slowly being burned and the problem being separated from you. I learned this from a relaxation tape that i bought years ago and i still use it because it works!
You may also buy yourself a relaxation tape of your own! They do work!

It sounds like you have a lot of stress in your life. Just try to relieve your stress by writing your thoughts down in a journal, listening to music, or talking to a best friend that you can confide in.

Remember...it's okay to show emotion!

The short answer to relieve stress is to make as conscious effort--deep breathing, rediscovering hobbies and making time for them, engaging in other low key activities that you enjoy.
