Well I've been dropping the amount of calories I'm allowed each week by 50 so now I'm on around 950 calories a day

It is recommended that you lose 2-3 pounds a week. Any more than that could be unhealthy. Plus if you lose weight really fast, your skin won't be able to keep up and you'll have a bunch of loos skin to deal with.

Not another one!
Are you going to one of these faddy diet clubs such as Weight Watchers or Slimming World?
This IS unhealthy!
I don't care how much you weigh - how do you feel about your weight? How tall are you? Muscle weighs heavier than fat - if you have excess fat then you need to remove it - but it has nothing to do with how much you weigh.
These diet clubs should be against the law!
Eat whatever you want until you are satisfied, not full or overfull. After you have eaten take a little light exercise (walk the dog for example). Importantly, drink lots of water. This will clean you system healthily - eight pints a day is the recommended amount! I think that you already know that what you are doing is not right. White meat and/or fish - vegetables and fruit. Miss out the chocolate and sweeties for the most part. You'll soon get there and you won't become ill - or ripped off by the diet club!

I don't know what 11 stone is. However, I do know that a 950 calorie a day diet is not good. Losing weight too rapidly, with too few calories can cause you to lose muscle tissue. A reminder here now that your Heart is a muscle.
1 to 2 lbs. of weight per week is considered healthy. Instead of decreasing your caloric intake anymore, add some nice healthy excercise. Drink a lot of water, and for your own sake, eat something!

The problem with losing weight that fast is that your body goes into what is called starvation mode.
Unless you plan never to eat again, when you do resume eating, your body will store everything it can as fat to regain what you lost and then some in case you decide to starve again in the future.
See, your brain knows you are starving on purpose, but your body has the final say so on it whether you like it or not. That's because you need a set amount of calories just to stay alive.
The best way to lose weight is slowing by a combination of cutting back on the calorie intake and exercising. That way it's less likely to boomerang on you.

Hmm what kind of diet are you doing? I think you're kinda losing weight a bit fast. You should lose at least 1 to 2 calories a week. But it still depends on your diet 'cause if you're doing it the healthy way and lose that fast, then there's nothing more to worry about; otherwise, maybe you should try to slow down for a while.

That is a lot of weight...If you are significantly overweight, and have significantly cut your calories and started working out...you are perfectly okay. If you are starving yourself, definitely no, it is very unhealthy. Not all diets that you find are healthy. If you cannot go to the doctor and check it out, look it up on the internet and get feedback on that particular diet from experts.

you must be starving if you are only on 950 calories a day.you need to be on about 1500 and you will lose on average 2lb a week and you wont put it back on.losing that much weight in only 3 weeks is really unhealthy and you will pile it all back on if not more.

depends on your starting weight. does seem a little drastic. first weight lost will be mainly fluid retained. an average of 2-3 pds a wk is good, and more chance of keeping weight off if the loss is gradual. make sure you have a balanced diet, you need your vitamins and minerals. drink 2 litres of water a day.

you generally loose the most weight in the first week than after that it's usually on average 2-3 pounds a week, but if you feeling ok don't think it will do you much harm if you carry on loosing a large amount i would go to the doc's or change diets.
