Anyone know of a good UK site that features Case Law or notes about legislation in easy to understand language? Thanks.

Is this any good? It's the manual used by the valuation office in arriving at the banding for a particular house.

I don't know of any other resources that are free.

i know there was one on parking tickets called one man and his castle
just type in the Q you asked and you should find it
