It's about body language.
For example:
frequent eye contact, then looks away.
body contact, touching your arm, back
smiling when you smile (generally mirroring your body language)
standing / sitting in such a way that other people are blocked from being near you.
large pupils (in eyes!)
if a guy was doing all these things around me, I would be pretty sure he had noticed me,and was interested in knowing more about me

If he can't keep his eyes off you and smiles a lot at you then he notices you.

This one is easy...when a guy likes you ALWAYS he will constantly look at you its just a thing guys do..guys will also either completly try to make conversation with you always or else completly ignore you..
