How do i go about obtaining a liquor manucaturing licence in Illinois?

I am looking into home brewing and distilling various liquors and beers but don't know the proper ways of aquiring a licence or the laws that govern them. Please help

You don't need a license if you are making it at home for personal use. The only time you need a license is if you are selling at an open for public establishment like a bar or restaurant. By the way - homemade beer suks.
