I have seen one study which determined that it takes more fuel to produce ethanol than the fuel that is produced.
I have seen one study which estimated that, if every inch of the US surface was used to grow corn, there would not be enough alcohol produced to replace oil now being used.
There has to be some gasoline mixed with ethanol. In cold climates cars would not start on ethanol alone, thus the reason for the E85 mix.
General Electric and other US companies estimate that they can make synthetic fuel if the sales price were guaranteed by the US government at $35 per barrel, the amount needed to be profitable.
Of course the US Govt. cannot make such a guarantee. It would be easy for OPEC to put alcohol manufacturers out of business by lowering the price of OPEC oil to an amount less than $35. They did it before about 30 years ago to a company that was trying to bring synthetic fuel on line.

If it demands ninety 3 and you run 87 you will keep a splash in gas money and spend plenty extra fixing your engine down the line while it breaks. If it recommends ninety 3 and you employ 87 then you certainly basically keep a splash money and lose some skill. wherein case why did not you basically purchase a slower vehicle?
