Unfortunately we all have to do jobs that can conflict with our personal beleifs but you jsut have to take a step back and look at it. They probably don't have the time to find out everyone's preference and give them appropiate jobs. Imagine what work would be like if everyone only did the work they wanted to do. Also as you work in meda you probably have an idea of how things work on project and commission. Advertisers aren't given a choice about what clients their company takes on and an advertising exec with environmentalist tendencies could still have to work on promoting a gas guzzling SUV.
If you really have no passion for the work try to use it to build your experience and resume, and keep an eye out for other projects.

Tell them it's against your "beliefs" and you can't do it. I wouldn't run audio for an Atheist radio station.

Programming has nothing to do with religious belief. The subject of the program shouldn't require you to believe or not.

I don't know I am not the manager.
Also they don't ask for religion anymore when you apply for Jobs.. So they possibly didn't know.
Do you still have Christian sections on your secular radio? Awesome...

If it is one of the higher rated shows on the station it is because you are good at what you do.
If it is one of the lower rated ones, you suck at it.
