You have to listen and work hard. Then only you can learn any language quickly. Other wise you start talking with people in English. Slowly you will learn. But why somuch of troubles..? ! A decade ago to learn English, you had to attend costly English classes or purchase course material like tapes and books. Now you can learn English for free from the comfort of your home using the Internet. The BBC and the British Council offer a number of on line courses, which teach written and spoken English. Learn sign language and get someone who is good at English to converse with you in sign language. You may have trouble with pronounciation but you will not have to read or listen to anything ............. (by the way, are you serious?)

take an English book, hit yourself in the head with it repeatedly until you pass out from the blood loss, when you wake up, you will be able to speak English

i dont think its possible to learn english without reading or listening to anything. unless ofcourse its possible to learn it by WATCHING IT : )
