i am 18, male, and very young and energetic. i am medically ok. i am slim and handsome. how much should i eat a day to kep myself as young as ever. how much food will be enough to keep me slim; not too fat nor too slim? i want to stay same forever. how much food a day will be fine to keep me the same?

well , as U grow up your diet should be changed , but the best way for being the way U are is building muscles, do weight trainings and heavy sports , U already have the body U want so no need to do sports like aerobic because, such a sport is good for people who want to lose weight , join a club and do sport and enjoy your life , I don't think you should be worried about your diet that much , this brings stress and U end up having a bad body again!!
