12 Years ago i found 2 money bag`s .
in 1 was 50,000 rupee`s ( dunno the equivalent in English )
And in bag 2 was 12,000 good old English pound`s
I handed it in to the police and got a measly £100 reward off the owner , he had put it on the floor while he opened his car door then drove off with out it !
If i was to find that kinda money again i would probably keep it !

Back in 1969 coming home from the Filmore East I found a 10 hose hookah. Thing was almost 4 feet tall, and a bowl to die for. Took it home and used it of course. It is still up in the attic.

A mobile phone. Found the owner from ringing numbers listed in it's phone numbers directory. Asked where he lived and is was the house I found the phone by so I think he was the true owner. Must have dropped it when he was getting his keys out. He was so pleased when he got it back, it belonged to an old man.

I found a £20 when I was around 7 or 8 (back in the 70s) and it took me weeks to spend.

A 50p piece in 1971.
I took it to the police station and a month later, when no-one had claimed it, I was allowed to have it back.
50p was a huge amount of money to a small child then.

a guys bag full of all his gym stuff
i handed it to the police
he collected it and gave me money for being honest
and a kids mobile phone
i called her home and her dad came and got it
gave me choclates
and said he was gonna kill her as she shouldnt of been in the place where the phone was lost in the first place!!! that was funny xx

A diamond wedding ring. I turned it into the police who gave it back a few months later when it wasn't claimed. My daughter has it now.

wallet with $500 in it I gave it back and the person wasnted to reward me with $2,oo I didn't take it cause the persin was s real penny pincher
