The EU is scaring me because of the ten horns of THE BEAST

Last time I counted, the EU was up to 25. And more countries, like Turkey, are trying to join.

Not just Revelation, but Daniel, the four Gospels, I and II Thessalonians, and a few other places predict the details of the end times. All should be studied together to try to get the full picture.
The Antichrist apparently rises from ruling one place, then three countries, then a ten-country platform and finally to the world. (This is where the term "ten-horn", not "tin-horn", dictator arose.) Many believed Hitler to be him for good reason. He seemed to rise from Germany (Bavaria? and Prussia?- don't hold me to German geography) then Austria for the first three, then Hitler went on to taking over most of the Continent of Europe. But Hitler was not him.
The prophesied scenario could happen almost anywhere in the world, not only in Europe. Many scholars believe that the Antichrist will be either a Roman or an apostate Jew, so that, too, could be anywhere now that people from former Roman Empire countries are dispersed all over the world. Anyway the EU now has more than just ten nations, and no antichrist in sight. Yet.
By the way, if you are a Believer, don't count on being raptured away before the Antichrist appears. That doctrine, though it is a nice sentiment, is less than 200 years old. It requires considerable contortions, ignoring of some scriptures, and taking other scriptures out of their contexts, to try to prove such a thing using just Bible verses. Most Believers just blindly believe this doctrine because they just listen to or read what preachers who are supposed to be experts say, instead of reading and studying the scriptures for themselves. Jesus once said, "Ye do therefore err, because ye know not the scriptures."
