Demand an investigation and have a recall. That what has happened in elections that use electronic voting and Illegal aliens were voting on top of it!

Start a lawsuit, and get as many people to join in as you can persuade.
In Ireland the gouvernment tried to introduce electronic voting machines with no paper trail, but this was declared unconstitutional and illegal by our supreme court.
I'm sure your courts would have to make the same decision.
But where there's no complaint, there's no judgement.

Start a lawsuit that demands a thorough investigation, like the one in Florida's 13th district. Voting is the very basis of our democracy, we can't allow the democratic process to be subverted by fraud or error.

The first thing you should do is ask yourself _why_ you think this. Most people who think an election was 'stolen' tend to be extremists whose candidate did not win.

You have to report it to the party chair by your state or your secretary of state, which can be found on the web.
