I read your other question, why you were denied entrance to the UK based on the condition your husband is in.
I have come under the impression that you were denied entrance because since your husband is living off government social benefits, the government knows that when you arrive in the UK you will sponge off the social welfare program too. That is why you were denied entry.
The most common problem for entry denial is that you do not have sufficient funds in your bank to show that you will be able to stay in the UK for X amount of time. If cannot provide this information, immigration officials have the right to deny you entry anytime they want, no matter how many times you try.
The best thing to do is contact your countrys British consulate. Through their website there will be a contact number. However, operators only speak in English, so you would need a translator.
