The Quran does not have 7 meanings. Everyone interprets it differently, however, it does have only one literal meaning

No it has 7 readings (way of reading), it has levels of understanding and different ways to interpret, this is a characteristic of the Arabic language, and it is more emphasized in the Quran.

Let me help you...
You mean 7 ways to recite it. The meaning is one, but there are different ways it can be recited.
It is called "Qira'a" meaning reading, you can read it in 7 different ways, but the most appropriet is "Qira'at Hafs bin Malik"
It's the reading that is used in Makka as well.
Peace.
