I'm confused because it said "OPEN HERE", why do I have to open the can in the super market ? Can't I buy It, take it home, and then open it ? our laws are so stupid !

It's not actually evaporated. Just how it's made.

ack don't be stupid. 'evaporated' refers to the process done on the milk, it doesn't mean the milk is vapour!
