By Evangelism if you mean sharing the gospel message with others, no that is not wrong, it is a commandment by Jesus Himself. You'll need to clarify your question if you want a better answer.

I worship God the daddy, word/Son & the Holy Spirit. the rationalization God is a Trinity is with the help of the fact with out the fulness of God the daddy, word & Holy Spirit, not something could have been created. Elohim stated, "enable us to make guy in our photograph.". We have been made in a ineffective ringer for God; a physique, soul & spirit, a trinity too. until eventually Adam ate of the forbidden fruit & died spiritually (forbidden tree of life) then interior of an age (1000 yrs) died bodily. The soul went the place our lord god places the souls. it rather is written in 1Jn5 that there are 3 that undergo witness in heaven; the daddy, word & Holy Spirit and those 3 are one. whilst 3 are one, that's a Trinity. There are different examples of trinities. a three leaf clover. a individual born of God; physique, soul & spirit. An egg has a yoke, white & shell. yet God is a Trinity first in that God the writer is the daddy, word & Holy Spirit. in the previous something replaced into created. There are fake Trinity doctrines. however the devil does attempt to thieve Gods identity in all of Gods characteristics.

Christianity itself is a false doctrine as are all religions.
Ask yourself this question; Why are there so many denominations of all religious faiths? Because ppl in different parts of the world or even right down the street decide what their religions should be just as they decide there is a "god" to believe in. Once ppl make a "god" to believe in they immediately add their own stipulations to join their "god" club and voila you get "evangelicals"," baptists", "catholics", "sunnis", "shiites", and every-other form of wackiness you can think of. It's all BS. you need to start asking yourself better questions.

Evangelism, is the spreading of the good news, that God has intervened in human kinds lives and saved him from his destiny. Considering this is a God ordained and God planed activity than who is man to say that mankind should not do it.
At the end of the Gospel of Matthew, Jesus, Hims self proclaimed that believers were to "go into the whole world and tell them of all the He (Jesus), has done. If we as believers are real about our faith then we are to go into all the world and teach all that Jesus, has done.

If you are coming from a Christian perspective, then no, because the Bible teaches it and tells believers to "go and make disciples..." (Matt. 28:19-20). So, it would not be a false doctrine. You might disagree with it, but that doesn't make it untrue or unbased.

Benny Hin is fake; I have a friend who's a lay healer and that guy ticks him off. He explained how he knew he was fake but I can't say it like he did.
Most of those TV Preachers are fake. You ever notice how they don't say anything about not getting rich off of God?

No! Evangelism is not a false christian doctrine. It is spreading the gospel of Jesus christ. Evangelism is not converting someone into his religion, it is proclaming the GOOD NEWS of salvation to all men (In Christianity).
Evangelism is preaching Christ to the nations. Here are some biblical proof of evangelism.
1) 2Corinthians 10:16 To preach the gospel in the regions beyond you, and not to boast in another man’s line of things made ready to our hand.
2) Galasians 1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
3) Galatians 1:9 As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.
4) 2Corinthians 4:5 For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus’ sake.
5) 1Corinthians 9:16 For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!
6) 1Co 1:17 For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect.
7) Romans 10:8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
8) Romans 10:15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
In evangelism you do not convert people, It is the power of God who will convert them to the truth that you were saying. The gosple must be preach in the power of the Holy Spirit and not in eloquence of word of the speaker.

How is evangelism wrong when, according to the Christian scriptures, it is exactly what Jesus' last words were before his ascension into heaven?
"Go ye therefore into all the world..."
Every religion propagates its teachings.
