It is actually from an animal called the Common Palm Civet ( a cat like creature) which loves to eat ripe coffee berries. The coffee seeds/beans are not digested and passed out of the animal. These are collected and processed. It's called Kopi Luwak in Indonesia. In Philippines such coffee is known as Kape Alamid and in Vietnam it is known as Weasel coffee.
See pictures of it and read the lab test on it at the source below.

If I told you boiled Rhino p*** was the new Champagne, would you drink it at your wedding... Picking the beans up off the forest floor my a**e more like some firm in the Far East force feeding cats with coffee beans in a tiny cage. Your eagerness to get some will just encourage more of the same. Have you thought of how many Luwak turds would have to be sifted through to produce a pound of milled coffee. Realistic I think not.... Rearrange these letters for the answer, eyes, wool, over, pulled. Enjoy

Actually it is the Luwak, a cat like animal in indonesia.
They eat the coffee berries and the difestive enzymes do something to the beans that is suppose to make it the most smooth best tasing and most expensive coffee in the world.
The beans are then collected off the forest floor.
You can buy it here:
