In Jerusalem Israel there is a museum dedicated in memoralizing thise who died in camps. This website lists every member of the armed forces from World war 1 and 2 who either died in battle or in a concentration camp. However, it does not name civilians so if your family member was a civilian i am sorry I cannot answer your question.

There are Holocaust related sites that will direct you to the records of those killed in camps. And there are memorial locations in D.C., L.A. and Yad Vashem in Israel-contacting any of those places would help yu track that information down
