Force them to be healthy!

No... You will run into long term problems as they grow older...but you dont want to force your kid to do anything. Encourage them to be healthy. Not super skinny or fat. A little meat on the bones is not a bad thing. And dont forget when they go through puberty they will have a very high metablism.

...some people do have a propensity towards obessness but , as you know statistically obese people do not get as good of jobs, wives or husbands, and are looked at as if they do not have good self restraint...

...want something more for your child, is my suggestion!

Are you kidding? Of course not! Limit the junk food, serve good nutritious meals, and plan daily exercise for he/she.....
