Find the nearest Canadian Embassy. If there is none, go to the American Embassy instead and tell them what you want to do. Though Bush has changed many things in this country, you still should be able to get help at the Embassy.

I'm saying you should call either the Canadian embassy, the American embassy, or the board of immigration here.
The good question is why Canada? Are you not happy here?

Click the Canada flag on the bottom of the page and ask your question there (Canada Yahoo Answers).
That should be better. And besides, Canadians trend to be more helpful, anyway.
