Know if you need to lose weight

Health specialist use a measure called BMI, short for Body Mass Index. Body mass index (BMI) is a

measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women. This

gives a good measure of your total body fat. BMI compares your height and weight. It shows if you

You should talk to her physician, and maybe make an appointment for her to get a check-up. See what kind of hobbies your daughter might enjoy that involve being active. Go for walks with her. Be a healthy example for her to follow, maybe look at some healthier options for meals/snacks.
I would try and be easy on her, so she doesn't feel forced to lose weight, or feel like something is wrong with her. You don't want to crush her self-esteem. It's got to be an gradual everyday process to get healthy, but you can make it fun and enjoyable too.

She's at least fifty pounds overweight for her age...however, I am not taking into account her height, race/ethnicity and or her build. Childhood obesity is a very serious thing and the future is not so good if she doesn't take preemptive measures to correct this as soon as possible. Besides the physical ramifications, the emotional pain of teasing and shunning from the other snot nosed kids is traumatic enough. Please seek medical attention and ask the healthiest ways for her to lose weight.

properly you're under no circumstances undesirable being that your 14, 5'5" and one hundred fifty lbs, yet once you're desiring suggestion i wouldnt advise something like weight-help plan pills, stay far flung from those because of the fact they're certainly particularly risky for adults, not to show youthful adults who're nonetheless becoming and coming up. attempt to not consistently eat a lot of rapid food or a lot of food it is fattening, like fried issues. attempt to eat a healthful meal a minimum of as quickly as an afternoon, quit ingesting sodas and sugary juices and start up drinkin a lot of water and now and lower back fruit juice, replace chips and snacks with yummy issues like end result or yogurt, dont persist with any loopy diets like no carbs and all that, thats not healthful the two. make the attempt to be a splash extra lively normally happening, walk or bike quite of driving a vehicle, do extra chores around the abode (washing the vehicle, raking leaves, sweeping the floor, something is going) , quite of watchin television or taking part in video games take a pals canine out for a walk, quite of chatting on the telephone which include your persons for hours, connect up with them and circulate window procuring around the mall or choose for a swim. in case you hold it up normally happening, you will experience extra suitable once you get your blood pumping, and you will drop some pounds. it is healthiest, and what its fairly approximately at your age and weight, isn't dropping weight, because of the fact the television and magazines might like so which you will think of, yet basically residing a healthful way of existence... . stable luck!

Not without consulting a doctor first. She is very young, and you need to be very careful. Any diet plan for her should be under close supervision of a doctor or dietician. HTH : )
