Ive been having lower pelvic pains, just like the kind of pain u get when ur on ur period, except i get the pain even when im not on my period. I told my doctor and she ordered an ultrasound and the results havent come back yet. But i was looking at symptoms of uterus cancer, could this be a sign of some kind of uterus problems?What would would it feel like if someone had uterus cancer? Help, my uterus hurts all the time and i dont wanna be paranoid.

Lower abdominal pain..? that too a female ..? naturally the attention will be on uterus..but the initial dignosis will start from the more common things rather than the most uncommon things.. right ?
But in addition to the uterine problems, there are umpteen number of causes leading to pelvic pains..agreed ?
You have mentioned that the ultrasonography report has not come..right ?
wait and dont be TOO paranoid ! (your word it is..not mine..) ! leave the tension to the consultant...let her decide...and follow her advise...thats it..

Step one....don't look on the internet! :) You are sure to find a thousand horrible ailments that you will convince yourself you have! Do anything and everything to distract yourself till you get those results back. It most likely is something very minor. Good luck!!!!
