How can I start a scholarship foundation?

you can start with me! I work my but off during the summer just to go to school during the fall/winter. Someday maybe it will pay off though.

You can contact fastweb and also contact a specific university ask what their guidelines are. Once you tell them you want to stablish a foundation, they can help you set it up through their university. YOu can also make it so that that all student have access to it, then contact the us department of ed and they can advise how.
