Could somebody please translate ARF into English for me?

Just curious... the neighbor's dog keeps saying it... and why is 'arf' so much more annoying than 'woof' anyhow?

Means "Mind into you own business and stop paying to much attention to the neighbor's dog." I like to help people. Keep listening, may be the cat has a message too.

that to me is like the sound that scooby made so I guess kind of life huh? or whatever, or I don't know
