I see people with the parking meter ticked on the inside of their windows, but do u still have to pay for it on a sunday?

Check the meter. It has days of the week and times when you have to pay.

Read the regulations on the meter. If it says so then you must pay it. If it excludes Sunday then you don't.

No it is'nt just paid £4.00 in Manchester for hour and half ! Robbing councils anything to make money off the motorist, otherwise parking ticket costing £60.00 cannot win.

most usually not, to be safe, check some of the other meters, if no one else is paying you will be safe. In a high traffic area it is possible, but not probable.
