Here is a website that has customers rate the airlines and talk about the differences. Here is one comment...

YYZ-ISB-LHE-YYZ. Tickets were Economy Plus on the new Boeing 777-240LR. Leaving Toronto, flight was on time, courteous staff, excellent food, in-flight entertainment was working, and the level of service was amazing. Economy Plus seats were the same as Economy, but service enhancements (Separate check-in counters, food, and the extra attention by the cabin crew).

Hi,

Looks like they support three classes of service: Business, Economy + and Economy. Their site doesn't really say what the differences are so I'm guessing it'll be things like meal/beverage service, in-flight entertainment, possibly location of seating within the plane.

I work in the travel industry but I've never seen a website that promoted something without explaining it... rather odd.

Economy Plus means a class between Club/Business and Economy classes. The fare might be between these classes. Many airlines are providing this class on London sector.
