Yes, but it will confuse and enrage us as it somehow manages to be feckless and feckful simultaneously. God help us.

Assuming that aliens are no more inherently stupid than human (as opposed to having more technology) I see no reason why they will not have a religion.
They may even try to convert us in the same way that missionaries did it when they visited new 'worlds' on earth.
I hope they do not have J Witnesses :-)

Extra-terrestrials are not yet proven to exist. Thus, there is no concept if they have a god. They can just be seen on the movies and read on non-fiction novels.

Having talked to them at length I was surprised to discover they too are firm believers in the Church of the FSM.

You are assuming a lot by asking 'will they'. You assume for one that they are there. If they are there, why haven't we found them yet? If they had a God of peace as we do they would have intelligence as we do. If the had intelligence as we do, it would be safe to assume they would be looking for us. If we were looking and they were looking don't you think we would have found some evidence by now?
