Only if she is ready to:
1. Lose her virginity.
2. Making an unforgetable lifelong memory of a guy she may never see again.
3. Reduce her potential marriage value in her husband's estimation (depending on culture).
4. Get pregnant.
5. Contract STDs like AIDS.
6. Get a broken heart if the relationship ends.
7. Regret the mistake the rest ofher life.
8. Want to commit suicide cause the guy loses interest in her and she remains attached.
9. Think less of herself for not waiting till marriage.
10. Develop a promicuous mentality and hard heart, jumping from guy to guy.
11. Never experience true love.
Ok not all these are guaranteed to happen, but some will likely. So the best bet is to get married and then have sex. Things can still go wrong, but are less likely to.
At least by getting married you preserve your self-respect. If the guy doesn't keep up his end in the deal, then at least you can live with yourself, if not him.
You'll never forget your first love/sex partner, so best to make that person your husband.
