OK, the smell isn't likely to be related to a heat.

Do NOT breed the dog for at least one year from now, it needs to be that old for her to get out of puppyhood.

Signs of impending heat are swollen vulva, nipples get slightly larger, mood changes-she may be a bit naughtier than usual. Also, accidents can happen more frequently before and during a heat.

You can buy a little diaper for her. If she is going into heat this young you will need to wait until her 3rd, 4th, or 5th heat before considering breeding. You also should show her to a breeder of min pins to see if your girl meets breed standards well enough to be a good female to pass genetics on.

There is no reason you should breed her if you are going to get her spayed. It won't benefit her at all and it would be better to just spay her outright. Having puppies is a HUGE commitment and if you stay at home for 11 weeks, around the clock, then you might have the time to do it.
Please do some research before proceeding.

It is normal for you're dog to smell of seefood at this time, I had a lab x and even though she was spayed happened from time to time. If you do breed from her have read that the ideal age is about 3 or 4

My husband is the same way.... he wants our boy to stud once, then have him neutered, I want to do it right away. from everything I've read the smell is not right, you should proboaly get her checked out by a vet just in case.
