To the moon god poster reference...
yes. Abraham and his son Ishmael built it..
and yes the pagans took it over after they died , so God sent Mohammed to clean it of pagan influence.. The pagans had their moon god.. he was called Ilah al gamer.. but not Allah.. Allah is the one and only God.. Even the pagans recognized Allah as the supreme god, even though they had other gods also.. the other poster needs to learn arabic pagan history.. the moon god and Allah are not the same.. pagans had sun gods, moon gods, tree gods, earth gods, water gods..etc etc... Like greek mythology had Zeus as their main god.. pagans also... But true muslims knew only Allah and did away will all the other pagan gods... ... personally christians celebrate Dec 25th as Jesus birthday, but that was actually the pagans Sun gods birthdate..and represented as a Star (ie: cross symbol).... So who are you to judge?

surely No. Abraham s journeys are properly lined contained in the Bible and do not enable for an over 600 mile adventure and a lengthy stay in a barren section. God made a covenant with Abraham and shown it with Isaac and Jacob - Israel. Jerusalem is the city that God placed his call to and by no ability Mecca. Abraham presented up his son Isaac on between the mountains contained in the land of Moriah - no longer Mecca - the temple equipped by Solomon became erected on Mt Moriah, which became previously a threshing floor. Genesis 22:2 & 2Chronicles 3:a million.
