Does it have to be goat's offal? Your local supermarket will sell many other types, mainly liver & kidneys. Your butcher's will sell even more and you should be able to get sweetbreads, hearts, lungs and even brains. You'll find the latter particularly handy.

you don't need goats for minced offal pop down your local asda and buy a harris haggis its about 1 pound fifty OK in the microwave IE simple to cook. make a thick gravy shove it on the top and just tuck in. or go out and hunt one down because of global warming they tend to attach themselves to Lorry mud flaps jumping off around marsh areas we seem to have large group off them on the broadness marsh in swanscombe Kent and when i was laying in the reeds looking for them little did i know that the crafty buggers were behind me eating my trainer's and i had to walk home bair foot through the mud and marsh slime but did cure my athlete's foot good luck

Check in the phone book for butchers.
You may find one that deals with the Greek community.
