Yes, WorkPerfect Office suite's PRESENTATIONS can read the Powerpoint Files (and can also save to powerpoint format).

You can use OpenOffice.org. It has a similar program to PowerPoint.

You can either use Microsoft's free PowerPoint Viewer or use the free OpenOffice.
