"saint" means holy, but it's the wrong form for a female word like "fleur"=flower, it should be written "sainte", and there is Thérèse of Lisieux, a Catholic saint who is also called "la petite fleur".
I'm afraid that that's the only sense I can make of it.
So it could mean "holy flower"

Litteraly it does mean Saint Flower but here it is more the name of a French town as we often use Saint in it. Even though I haven't found any link on internet. So maybe another person will get the right answer.
P.S. leef is right, I don't know why I said Saint meaned Saint in English where it does mean Holy.
