Your nervous because you like her. Its normal to feel that way. Maybe your nervous to ask her out and not sure what she will say. Just remember the stupidest question is the question never asked so go for it!!!

sounds about right...lol...guys get nervous around girls they like because they think if they make one wrong move say the wrong thing that their chances of being with them are practically gone. Dont worry about the nervousness will go away once you get to know her more and feel comfortable around her.
