Try using Clearasil, it contains Benzoyl Peroxide...It will peel away unwanted scars and dry out pimples to prevent acne scars. I know I have used this product and it genuinely works.

It depends on what type of acne marks you're talking about. It could be active acne, red acne scars, or pitting acne scars. If it is active acne it depends on what type it is mild to moderate or cystic/severe. If it is mild to moderate you should be able to use benzoyl peroxide and salicic acid to treat your acne. wash your face 2-3 times per day and apply the creams topically. If it is cystic/severe acne you may need Accutane, use hot compresses on your face gently with a clean towel 15 minutes per day, and apply Prid sulfur drawing salve that you can buy over the counter by asking a pharmacist. If you have red acne scars but that are not pits in the surface of your face you can use Vitamin E oil and home glycolic acids peels to heal your scars. If you have pitting acne scars you can use glycolic acid peels but you may require plastic surgery to completely get rid of them all togehter. Good luck!

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.
Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

There's nothing you can really do yourself for it, theres nothing you can just go down to your local drug store to buy to make it dissappear. I have the same problem, and the best thing to do is just go to the doctor. I went and I'm on an antibiotic and it's kinda clearing away the acne marks left over from old acne.

hand sanitizer. I thought it was crazy when my niece and nephew told me that until I saw the results on their faces. It really works. I guess the alcohol and germ killers supresses the outbreaks and goes to the inner core to kill the bacteria that is causing the pimples.
