No possible way honey. Even if you went on detox diet it would take three weeks to lose twenty pounds. But the only thing you will be losing is water not fat. As soon as you start to eat normal again, the weight will return. If you want to do it the right way and burn that fat then eat healthy and workout. You can lose two pounds a week. So in about three months you will reach your goal. But you have to be persistant.

It's not possible. This would be extremely unhealthy. 1 or 2 pounds a week, maybe.

If you're trying to look good for a specific event, try buying a girdle.

It just doesn't work that way. There is no healthy way to lose that much weight in one week without putting a lot of stress on your heart, which can lead to a heart attack.

one pound is equal to approximately 3500 calories. if you can find a way to burn 20x3500 calories in one week let me know.
