The ring is right around pupil and gets larger as the pupil dilates. Its really pretty and I have never seen this before. I researched and discovered its called Heterochromia. My question is whether this is really what she has or if her eyes are still changing. I thought final eye color was established by this age. Thanks for any answers you have!

some cat's eye color changes throughout their life. but generaly they don't change much after the first 4-6 months.

They could still change a bit but chances are, your cat does have partial heterochromia (complete being 2 different colored eyes). My cat has partial, it's beautiful! Hers are green with blue splashed around. Our vet even loves her eyes.
