Go to your nearest hospital, cancer center, university, or public library and seek out a librarian who is willing to help you locate this book. A medical facility library (in particular the libraries in cancer centers) will either have a copy or would be willing to do an inter-library loan for you.
The National Library of Medicine indicates the book is available but does not have a location. A medical librarian should be able to help you with this.
