I am 17 and weigh 240 what should I do

Change your diet - I didn't say go on a diet - change it - choose one thing you eat regularly that has a lot of calories, and cut back or stop eating it altogether ( don't choose something else to take its place) - also try exercise, start with something easy, like walking every day - if you do this I guarantee in 2 months you'll see a difference - it may seem slow - but the weight won't come back

hey, don't worry nothing is impossible, i take it by the help that you would like to lose some weight and it can be done! the first thing you should do is possibly contact you doctor and get some advice on how to go about safely loosing the weight. In the mean time try walking and simple excersises to begin the process, check out some healthy recipes online etc. stick to fruits, vegetibles, and things like that and just try to get an all around better diet going on, you can lose that weight if you really want too!! goodluck

you need to cut your caloric intake. You need to do this NOW because you're at risk for Type II Diabetes. Exercise is great. Take it one step at a time.
