This is not uncommon, it is a form of "guilt" complex. Before attending University you probably had this idea that it was going to be so difficult and, therefore, worthwhile. The reality is that almost anyone can get a Bachelor's Degree, its not that hard. Be proud; you have uncovered the unfortunate reality of higher education. Now if you really want to achieve something, do some post-grad research in a field that interests you. A Doctorate, and post-Doctoral research, are real achievements. Go forward and achieve.

You may be a perfectionist. You may be depressed. You may not really enjoy what you're studying in school. If it's something like that, try something new. You also may just be feeling this way because you're at a pivotal stage of your life and graduating from college can be really frightening. The real world is so much better than college though! Good luck!

Well, what are you doing with this degree of yours? are you do anything to better the society that you are living in? If you don't feel proud of your accomplishment than do something about it!
Make a stand in the society, and do something of it. Instead of this whining BS, remember there are lots more people out there who doesn't have your background and making ends meet. They have lots more things on their plates then sitting around and ponder what make me happy. GET REAL! there is a world out there, waiting for thing to happen. Now you are ready to charge into the world! then go for it! instead of wasting your time on ANSWERYAHOO!! to find your calling.
The real challenge hasn't yet started, School/education just give your a preview to what lies ahead of you. Go into society, and see if you still feel you still have what it takes!

Man, you sound JUST like me! When will it be enough? Did your parents have high expectations of you always? If so, make sure it is YOU whom you are trying to please, and not others. Think about what your OWN goals are and how you will know when you have reached them. Write a list of things that you have accomplished and post it in your bathroom on the mirror so that you can see how much you have done, everytime you look at it. And finally, BE PROUD OF YOURSELF!!! Look at all that you've accomplished.

I'm sorry you're feeling this way. I have no idea what is causing this for you. I recommend that you talk to a family member, ecclesiastical leader, and/or psychologist to help you work through this issue. Obviously it's troubling you.
Have you considered that it's good to progress? That is, if we stop getting better, our development ends and we never reach our full potential. However, God doesn't want us to become discouraged about our potential to get better. One way to avoid this is to make sure that we are working to progress in areas that are truly important in the eternal scheme of things.

Sounds like you are a perfectionist with a compulsive disorder..Do some research in compulsive disorders and see if it's you. They will also give you advice on treatment...Maybe you are meant to do something really big things, like a missionary or build houses in impoverished nations, who knows maybe this is what you need to feel accomplished.......good luck

dude getting a degree is like getting a ticket to go somewhere. so man you now can get somewhere, but have not acheieved what you set out to do (whatever that may be), so if you keep on studying, it'll either grow this fire and frustration or worse it'll extinguish it.
So go and get a job and douse the fire and fight where you need to, not at school.

School is never enough anyway. It only gives theories, the bullets. The shooting place is the real world, out of school.
