I'm growing hair on my testicles and my voice feels weird in my throat. What really weirds me out though is when I see a pretty girl my pants get tight all of the sudden. I can't ask anyone I know because I'm too embarrased. I need to know if I have some sort of disease or if something phycological is to blame...or both. What kind of doctor should I see? Has this ever happened to any one else?

It's a terrible disease that has caused untold misery to Billions. Of all who have contracted it, there are no known survivors. It's called puberty and is always fatal. There is no need to see a Doctor, your life is already over.

It is called puberty. I get this weird feeling that you are really mature and you are just making a little joke or (like someone said in an above comment) just trying to get off by peoples answers. It is not right to fantasize about boys who are going through puberty. The question you should be asking is "I like to fantasize about young boys that are just going through puberty....Where can I get help?" In that case I would tell you to go see a psychologist.
