I'm assuming this is really a "Do you think he likes me?" question. Only girls who really like a guy that they want to really like them back ask these types of questions. I've asked them myself, and trust me, you don't stop asking them, ever. As long as there are men and women, you'll be asking them. So, now that I've sufficedly depressed you, have you done it? Called back in 15 minutes? If so, was he there, did he answer? In my "vast" experience, such phrases like "call me back in 15 minutes" or "I'll talk to you later" or "See ya soon" are purely subjective. You're officially on "guy" time. Which is very different from "girl" time. 15 minutes could be an hour or two later, or the next day, or two days later. Guys have no concept of what it means to tell a girl to "call back in 15 minutes"--it's a literal translation to us. And lord forbid a guy should tell a girl HE'S going to call back in 15 minutes--we're literally waiting by the phone counting down the seconds. There's no way to know for sure, unless you call back. In 15 minutes. It's all in what happens after the phone picks up--either it's going to be him or his voicemail. Doesn't mean he doesn't like you. Doesn't mean he does. My advice, and it's from a woman who's done some dating--don't call back. Let him do all the calling. Find something else to do with your time other than wonder if you should call him, or if he's going to call you. If he's really into you, trust me, you'll get more than your fair share of attention, and phone calls, soon enough. I don't know what it is--the less attention you focus on them, the more they want you to think about them. And vice versa. Even guys who like you act this way. Weird, I know, but honestly I've gotten more guys from being nonchalant than by lavishing them with attention. Just try not to stress over the little things, like calling him back in 15 minutes. Do it and whatever happens, bounce your happiness (or worries) off that. Not what he MIGHT mean by "call me back in 15 minutes." It all depends on where he is emotionally with you. And vice versa.

Well, I'm a guy & call me back in 15 minutes means CALL ME BACK IN 15 MINUTES. (Not in 14 minutes, & not 16 minutes either) but 15 minutes & 33 seconds would be OK. I'm a forgiving kind of guy.

It means that she doesn't really want to talk to you that much. You have a more important call coming in. Some guys will actually call you back in 15 minutes, while others might have gotten that impression and are looking for girls more interested in them.
Most guys are aware how girls like to string a bunch of guys along. In the future, you should explain your reasons a little better.

to me...
us guys always over analyze, so we might start thinking about why you don't want to talk right now. like, are you bored with us, did we say something wrong, those sorts of things
i personally would call my girl back in 15 min. i dont see why there is a stereotype that guys never call back. although i would probably just go drive over to her house in 15 min, b/c i prefer talking face to face.

well it depends ~ it could mean i dont wanna talk, or i got something else to do, or there is someone else on the line that id rather speak with!! yep~ i can go on & on, perhaps something came up or his mom got on the phone or he got busy or he didnt wanna seem pressed or like he didnt have a life, so call him honey!!
